UPCOMING EVENT:You are invited for an evening of celebration and community! In 2023, the Duwamish River Community Coalition united for environmental justice in our community. We fought for stronger cleanups in the Duwamish River, supported and advocated for our community during flooding, and continued to collaborate with partners for cleaner air. On September 21, we invite you to join us in community for our annual fundraising Beer and Chocolate Fest! We are excited to gather at the historical Georgetown Steam Plant for an evening of connection, celebration, beer and chocolate! When: September 21, 6pm to 8pm Where: Georgetown Steam Plant (6605 13th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108) What: An open house event for our community to learn more about this important work and invest in the work ahead! The evening will include: beer and wine, small bites, chocolate, surprises and the DRCC family.
