Conoce tus derechos migratorios.
Si eres detenido por autoridades migratorias, tienes derechos. Puedes:

  1. Permanecer en silencio: Tienes derecho a no responder preguntas sin un abogado presente.

  2. No abrir la puerta sin una orden judicial: Los agentes migratorios no pueden ingresar a tu hogar sin una orden judicial, excepto en ciertas circunstancias.

  3. Solicitar un abogado: Tienes derecho a hablar con un abogado y recibir asistencia legal.

  4. No firmar documentos sin entenderlos: No firmes nada sin antes consultar a un abogado.

Recuerda que, independientemente de tu estatus migratorio, tienes derecho a un trato justo y respetuoso. Busca apoyo legal o comunícate con organizaciones de derechos humanos para más información y asistencia.

    If you have a friend or family member scheduled to arrive through our resettlement program, World Relief will reach out to you when we have details on their resettlement timeline.

    If you are a Special Immigrant Visa holder and arrived to the United States on your own, please contact World Relief to schedule an appointment to enroll in resettlement services.

    If you have a letter from an immigration judge or a USCIS immigration officer granting you asylum, you may be eligible for resettlement services contact World Vision for support.

  • TCIC  provides, educational presentations, workshops and tabling on immigration topics to service clubs, schools, churches, businesses and community groups.

    • TCIC provides financial assistance for DACA individuals reapplying for their DACA status. 

    • TCIC provides non-traditional scholarships for immigrants who want to uplift their current economic status. This grant is for immigrants who want to purse more education or training to enter or re-enter the work force.

    • Courthouse/immigration court accompaniment, setting up transportation to get to the court. Community members can text directly. Will get back to them same day or next day. 

    • Rapid response team able to respond in the event of ICE/CBP activity/immigration raid.
